You need a valid smartphone to run the SVS HERO app, a two-wheeler for deliveries, and basic documents (such as Aadhaar and a driving licence) for onboarding. You should be ready to deliver orders from SVS FOOD outlets in Satna or Jabalpur — or join our waitlist if you are in another city.
Hours are fully flexible. Go online in SVS HERO when you want and take days off whenever you need — there is no fixed roster.

SVS FOOD has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. If you face any such situation, stop the delivery if needed, stay safe, and report it immediately through the SVS HERO app or to our support team — we will take action.
